The Board of Directors is pleased to introduce RealManage. RealManage has assumed the property and community management duties for Ridgeview Ranch effective January 1st, 2025. We are confident you will be pleased with the personalized, attentive service RealManage provides its customers.
 
Generally speaking, RealManage is responsible for the daily operations of the Association including oversight of the common elements of the community, collection of homeowners association dues, disbursement of payments, maintenance of the association’s books and records, comprehensive monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors, preparation of the association’s annual budget, and enforcement of the governing documents of the Association. Your new Community Manager is:
 
Briana Anderson, Community Association Manager
 
As your Community Manager, Briana is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including serving as project manager for the various contractors assigned to the community. Briana is the primary liaison between the residents, Board of Directors, and RealManage. She works closely with the RealManage Support Team to ensure business operations run smooth.
