CCMC proudly provides community management services to Ridgeview Ranch Community Association Since 1973, CCMC has been in the business of transforming the way people think and feel about homeowner associations. Today, the company provides community association management services to hundreds of large-scale master-planned communities across the United States.

Tina Borg, Community Manager
Tina has been a valued CCMC team member for over a decade and has served in a variety of roles leading up to her current position as Community Manager for the Ridgeview Ranch Homeowners Association. Previously, Tina served as Operations Coordinator for Valley Ranch, one of DFW's largest master-planned communities, where she assisted with daily operations, project management, Board management and various resident committees. 
As your Community Manager, Tina is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including serving as project manager for the various contractors assigned to the community. Tina is the primary liaison between the residents and Board of Directors, and works closely with her Support Team to ensure business operations run smooth.
