The Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Texas Star Community Management. Texas Star has assumed the management duties for Ridgeview Ranch effective August 1, 2022. We are confident you will be pleased with the personalized, attentive service Texas Star provides its customers.
Generally speaking, Texas Star is responsible for the daily administration of the Association including oversight of the common elements of the community, collection of homeowners association dues, disbursement of payments, maintenance of the association’s books and records, comprehensive monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors, preparation of the association’s annual budget, and enforcement of the governing documents of the Association. Your new Community Manager is:
Chase Phillips, Community Manager
As your Community Manager, Cherie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including serving as project manager for the various contractors assigned to the community. Chase is the primary liaison between the residents and Board of Directors, and works closely with the Support Team to ensure business operations run smooth.
